Founder Mika Vanhanen was invited to lecture at the University of Monterrey (UDEM) about Finnish education and ENO at the University's Sustainable Development Week. The trip continues to Cuba, where 80 schools have been planting ENO trees since 2007 .  In Havanna, Mr Vanhanen will meet ministry people and visit schools. The final destination is the Bahamas, which made a promise to plant 10,000 trees under ENO Tree Planting Campaign.

In the Caribbean, ENO has been spread to Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Cuba, St Vincent and the Grenadines and Trinidad Tobago. ENO trees have been planted in over 150 countries.
